The service provided is subject to the following terms and conditions, which you accept by using the service.
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Driving Test Cancellations UK services through this website and other means.
By accessing this website and/or using this service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Driving Test Cancellations UK's website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. General Information
All services and software mentioned on this site are provided by NZN ENGINEERING LIMITED ("the company") and are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The company has no affiliation with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). Signing up for this service does not guarantee an earlier test date.
We provide an independent administrative service to help learner drivers find and book earlier test slots.
We are not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with the DVSA. All tests are provided solely by DVSA, and customers always pay DVSA directly for the test itself.
Our service fee covers software access, monitoring, and administrative effort only, and is clearly separate from any DVSA charges.
2. Use of Personal Information
By providing your driving licence number, you agree that we can log in to the DVSA website to check for earlier driving tests and/or reschedule your driving test.
Your personal information will not be shared. All details will be stored securely in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Customers explicitly consent to us using their licence details only to access their DVSA account on their behalf. We act strictly as an authorised agent with user permission, in line with DVSA’s publicly available booking system terms.
No data is ever sold or shared with third parties.
3. Booking Responsibility & Limitations
The customer remains the legal contracting party with DVSA. We act solely as an intermediary / admin assistant to facilitate faster bookings.
At all times, the DVSA Terms & Conditions continue to apply, and our role does not override them.We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by the DVSA, including changes to the test date and/or time.
We cannot be held responsible if a non-refundable test is booked and later cancelled by the user.
Auto-booking service: We book tests automatically based on your provided preferences.
We do not ask for confirmation before booking.
It is your responsibility to update us about unavailable dates before the test is booked.
NZN cannot be held responsible if an unsuitable or unchangeable test is booked due to missing updates from the user.
4. Communication & Contact Details
By registering, you agree to receive emails, WhatsApp messages, and SMS notifications at the email and mobile number provided during registration.
All communication is handled through our website support system. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.
Incorrect or invalid numbers are the user’s responsibility. No claims or refunds can be made due to incorrect contact details.
5. Learner Driver Responsibilities
The learner driver is responsible for:
✅ Preparing for the driving test, including necessary practice.
✅ Bringing the correct documents on the test day.
✅ Ensuring that the car used for the test is suitable (the DVSA does not provide a car).
We are not responsible for test cancellations due to:
❌ Missing documents.
❌ An unsuitable car.
❌ Any other reasons caused by the learner driver or their instructor.
🔒 6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
If we have not found and booked a test, you may request a refund at any time within 60 calendar days of placing your order by contacting us through our support page:

⚠️ Please note: A non-refundable £28 processing fee applies to all orders, even if no test has been booked.
❌ No refunds will be issued once a test has been successfully found and booked on your behalf, for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or duplicate bookings.
📅 Test Date Management
You are solely responsible for checking and managing the last possible date to cancel or change your test on the DVSA platform. If this date has passed, neither DVSA nor our company can modify or cancel your test, and no refund will be possible.
⏳ Time-Limited Refund Eligibility Clause
If more than 60 calendar days have passed since your original order date, regardless of whether a test has been booked, you waive any right to claim a refund through any means, including:
Bank chargebacks or payment disputes,
Small claims court,
Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS),
Any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.
This is because:
Our services are continuously rendered from the moment you place your order.
Resources (including staff time, system access, and licensing) are consumed whether or not a test is found.
You explicitly agree to this time limitation as part of our legally binding Terms & Conditions.
By submitting payment and placing an order, you confirm that you:
✅ Acknowledge and accept this 60-day refund limitation;
✅ Understand that after this period, refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the company;
✅ Waive the right to initiate disputes related to refund eligibility after the 60-day window.
This clause is written in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK contract law, which permits reasonable time-based exclusions provided they are clearly stated prior to purchase and do not contradict statutory rights.
💳 Payment Provider Fees
Most payment platforms including PayPal do not return their transaction fees to us.
Therefore, when a refund is issued, these fees are automatically deducted from the refund amount.
🔁 Refund Processing Timeline
We operate as a structured and reliable service provider. Refunds, if eligible, are processed on scheduled refund days and not immediately. We will inform you of the earliest refund date once approved. Same-day refunds are not available under any circumstances.
7. Rescheduling & Additional Fees
If we book a test for you and you:
❌ Change the test date.
❌ Swap the test for another.
❌ Cancel the test and request another date.
→ You will need to pay for our service again.If the user fails to pay within 2 days for any additional weekend, bank holiday, or special time fee after booking, the company has the right to cancel or change the test without notice.
In this case, no refunds or claims can be made.
If a user requests to change their test slot after it has been booked by NZN , the company reserves the right to swap their test appointment with another customer and reschedule their test based on their new preferences.
By requesting a new test date, the user acknowledges that availability depends on cancellations matching their new preferences. The company does not guarantee that a suitable cancellation will arise, and the user assumes full responsibility for any risks associated with the request.
Any additional payments to us are always for admin work only. The DVSA test fee is never affected by our charges.
8. User Test Date Protection
Our responsibility ends as soon as your driving test is booked and the details are provided to you.
After receiving your booking confirmation, you must immediately verify your test details via the DVSA system and call DVSA to request protection against unauthorized changes:

Your driving licence number and theory test pass number are the only details required to modify or cancel your test. If you have ever shared these details—intentionally or unintentionally—with anyone, there is a risk that your test may be sold to someone else or canceled by a third party.If your personal details are leaked, accessed, or misused by any malicious individuals, NZN cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized changes, cancellations, or any other unwanted results that may occur.
If you fail to secure your test, you alone are responsible for any changes, cancellations, or losses. Claiming that you "only provided your details to us" is not a valid excuse because you may have unknowingly shared them elsewhere.
🔹 Protecting your test is your responsibility. If you do not take action, it may indicate that you are attempting to sell your test, which is strictly against our policies.
🔹 NZN Engineering Limited is not responsible for any unauthorized modifications or cancellations.
🔹 We will never cancel or change your test unless you submit a written request.
🔹 If you have any doubts about these terms, you should not sign up or use NZN services. Please stop using our services immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will the amount refunded exceed the original payment made by the customer.
The company cannot be held responsible for any missed test opportunities due to:
❌ Incorrect user information.
❌ Missed deadlines for changes/cancellations.
❌ Technical failures on the DVSA website.
❌ Other factors outside our control.
10. Final Terms & User Agreement
If any part of these terms is unclear, it is the user's responsibility to contact us before signing up.
By using this service, the user agrees to all terms and conditions listed here.
If the user does not fully understand any section, they should seek clarification before purchasing.
By agreeing to these Terms, the customer confirms they understand that:
- This service is independent from DVSA.
- The payment made is an admin/service fee, not a government charge.
- We operate in full compliance with UK consumer law, FCA requirements for fair charging, and DVSA’s published terms of service.
- All transactions are transparent, voluntary, and based on informed customer consent.
