Pricing Policy
If any of the following occurs, you will need to purchase our service again:
❌ Fail your test
❌ Cancel your test
🔄 Change the test date we booked for you
💳 Pay the DVSA again for a new test (to get more reschedule chances or to restart your booking, even if the reference number remains the same)
📌 Important note about date or test centre changes after booking
If you request to change the test centre after a test has been successfully booked, whether it’s not your “first choice” or for any other reason, or if you request a different date after we have booked your test, this will require a new search and a £30 admin fee.
➡️ By submitting the form, you confirm that your chosen date range and all selected test centres are acceptable to you.
➡️ If your plans change, please update us before we find and book your test to avoid the £30 fee.
➡️ Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 days before the last change date set by the DVSA. Unfortunately, we cannot assist if the request is made after this time.
This policy ensures we can keep our service fair, efficient, and sustainable for all customers.
